REDS

Red Norland- A very early maturing red variety.  Tubers are oblong to round, with a smooth skin usually a bright red in color.  Yield is medium.  Excellent early market fresh potato. 

Pontiac-A late maturing red variety.  Tubers are round with medium to deep eyes and red in color. A high yielding red with good storage qualities whose primary use is the fresh and potato salad market. 

Red LaSoda-A medium maturing red variety.  Tubers are round with medium deep eyes and pink to red in color.  A high yielding red whose primary use is the fresh market.

WHITES

Irish Cobbler-A standard white variety with early maturity. Tubers are blocky in shape with medium deep eyes.  Good quality for table and processing.

Atlantic-A medium maturing white variety.  Tubers are round with netted skin and shallow eyes.  Good for table market and chipping.

Norchip-A medium early white skinned variety.  Tubers are round to oblong with deep eyes.  Suitable for chipping.

Kennebec-A medium to late maturing variety.  Tubers are oblong with shallow eyes and a smooth white skin.  A versatile potato used for fresh, chipping and processing.

RUSSETS

Goldrush-A medium maturing russet variety. Tubers are blocky in shape with a smooth netted skin.  Well adapted for dry land growing.  Used mainly for the table market.

Burbank-A late maturing high yielding russet.  Tubers are long and cylindrical with a netted skin.  Good storage qualities used for table stock and processing.

Norkotah-A medium to late maturing russet variety.  Known for producing consistent quality this smooth skinned russet is becoming a dominant player in the table stock market.

YELLOW

Yukon Gold – A medium maturing yellow skin potato.  Tubers are oval in shape with shallow pink eyes.  Yellow skin and light yellow flesh are making this variety increasingly more popular in the table stock market.
